Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving optimization problems 1000x faster than classical systems
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Implement quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Drive quantum networking standards development
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware control
- Experience with cryogenic system integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
