Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers in prototyping new quantum algorithms
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical systems for AI optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain and financial systems
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on quantum simulation projects for space exploration and defense
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
