Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve quantum advantage in real-world scenarios
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Secure quantum-safe encryption protocols for next-generation cybersecurity
- Publish research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
