Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with research teams to implement and optimize quantum algorithms
- Ensure quantum system security, reliability, and error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum concepts into practical solutions
- Document quantum system architectures and develop best practices for implementation
- Stay at the forefront of quantum advancements through continuous research and experimentation
- Present findings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing, quantum algorithms, or advanced systems architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and hardware platforms
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, cryptography, and machine learning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve abstract problems in quantum domains
- Excellent communication skills for translating quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
