Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Design error correction protocols achieving 99.9% gate fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for industrial applications
- Lead quantum software stack integration with cloud platforms
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles
- Pioneer quantum machine learning frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in superconducting qubit manipulation
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., NIST PQ standards)
- Experience with cryogenic system integration
