Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum-classical hybrid computing
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on next-generation quantum research
- Optimize quantum circuits for real-world industrial deployment
- Architect quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Pioneer quantum machine learning integration for predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting and ion-trap qubits
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory to commercial applications
