Responsibilities

- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish peer-reviewed research

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Validated track record of commercializing quantum prototypes
