Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for enterprise-scale systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for logistics optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum solutions across finance, healthcare, and defense sectors
- Architect secure quantum communication channels resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic)
- Create performance benchmarks for quantum advantage in real-world applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and post-quantum standards
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related field preferred
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business solutions
