Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical supercomputing clusters
- Develop proprietary quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery and materials science
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
- Mentor a team of quantum software engineers and computational physicists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)
