Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
- Optimize quantum circuits for real-world deployment on D-Wave and IBM systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype 2026-ready AI solutions
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech researchers on quantum supremacy benchmarks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years implementing Shor's/Grover's algorithms on quantum hardware
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Published research in Nature Quantum Information or IEEE Transactions
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
