Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Collaborate on quantum-resistant security protocols for 2026 tech stack
- Lead experimental validation of quantum advantage in production systems

- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing fundamentals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 4+ years experience)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithms and NISQ-era limitations
