Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-AI hybrid systems for enterprise and research applications
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural networks with error correction protocols
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and AI engineers
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum machine learning optimization
- Translate theoretical quantum computing models into production-ready implementations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or AI systems architecture
