Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems integrating QML algorithms with classical ML frameworks
- Design error-corrected quantum circuits for large-scale optimization problems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum neural networks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-enhanced AI solutions
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant AI systems
- Research and implement novel quantum computing paradigms for 2026+ use cases
- Optimize quantum hardware performance through algorithm-hardware co-design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum assembly languages
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals or conferences
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
