Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid AI architectures leveraging QML and neuromorphic computing
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Lead integration of quantum processors with neural networks for enhanced pattern recognition
- Create fault-tolerant system architectures for quantum-AI co-processing environments
- Research and implement post-quantum cryptographic protocols for next-gen data security
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-computing principles and AI optimization techniques
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in quantum-AI convergence
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, PennyLane, Cirq)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
- Demonstrated experience with neuromorphic computing and spiking neural networks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI journals or conferences
- Strong understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
