Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid computing systems for AI optimization
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms for machine learning acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with 10,000+ qubit scalability
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum AI standardization
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into commercial applications
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI integration methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum annealing and D-Wave systems
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
