Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum computing systems
- Create optimization algorithms for quantum machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms with exponential speedup potential
- Architect secure quantum communication networks resistant to cryptographic threats
- Document technical specifications and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (arXiv/IEEE journals)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
