Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms achieving 10x computational advantage over classical systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and cybersecurity specialists
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural networks for real-world deployment
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NASA grants for quantum-AI integration projects
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning through our Nexus Academy partnership
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit optimization and Qiskit/PennyLane frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong Python/C++ skills with experience in high-performance computing environments
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning models (e.g., QNNs, VQAs)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business strategy for Fortune 500 clients
