Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction techniques
- Expertise in federated learning and neural-symbolic AI integration
- Track record of securing DARPA/EU Horizon grants
