Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent industry breakthroughs)
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals (minimum 3 citations/year)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and Python ML stacks
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms with practical applications
