Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI optimization challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen neural network architectures
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum-AI convergence
- Collaborate with government and industry partners on national tech initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellowship Program
- Present findings at global tech conferences including IEEE Quantum Week
- Drive open-source contributions to quantum-AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum neural networks
- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to secure government or corporate research grants
