Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical neural networks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, QML) and frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research funding
- Strong background in at least one classical ML domain (NLP, computer vision)
