Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI models

- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from federal and private sector partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, error correction, and decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Deep knowledge of transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Experience securing DoD/DARPA grants or equivalent funding mechanisms
- Strong Python/C++ skills with high-performance computing background
