Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for cryptography and machine learning
- Lead breakthrough research in error correction for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Mentor PhD interns and secure $1M+ in NSF/DARPA grants
- Develop patentable IP for quantum neural networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with published papers
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and GPU acceleration
- Experience with quantum annealing and superconducting qubits
- Strong track record of securing research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
