Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for AI optimization
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural network architectures

- Publish 2+ high-impact research papers annually in top-tier journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's)
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Experience with D-Wave, Rigetti, or IBM quantum hardware
