Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for exponential computational speedups
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-AI co-design architectures
- Translate theoretical models into practical implementations on quantum processors
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Theoretical Physics
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and tensor networks
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (NeurIPS, QIP, or APS)
- Strong Python/C++ skills with high-performance computing experience
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
