Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for AI applications in cryptography, drug discovery, and climate modeling
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive open-source quantum initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 5+ years R&D experience
