- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Develop patentable quantum-AI methodologies with commercial applications
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 3+ years postdoctoral research
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI model optimization
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at NeurIPS/ICML/APS meetings
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and quantum simulators
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Track record of translating theoretical research into practical implementations
