What You'll Accomplish: Design and implement quantum neural networks, optimize quantum machine learning frameworks, and publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals. Your work will directly influence our quantum supremacy roadmap and commercial applications in cryptography, drug discovery, and climate modeling.
Responsibilities
- Develop quantum algorithms for AI acceleration and optimization
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in experimental quantum computing
- Validate quantum models using IBM Quantum and Rigetti systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent applications
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-resistant AI systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum information
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems
