Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI optimization in NLP and computer vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum-resistant cybersecurity solutions
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical models for enterprise-scale problems
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
- Present findings at global conferences (Q2C, ICML, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch with quantum integration
- Strong background in error correction for quantum systems
- Proven track record of securing government research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy applications
