Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum neural network architectures for real-world optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure federal grants and industry partnerships for quantum AI initiatives
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum machine learning systems
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum algorithm development
- Present findings at international conferences (QIP, NeurIPS, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in advanced mathematics (linear algebra, group theory, topology)
- Experience with high-performance computing frameworks (CUDA, MPI)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500K+ in research funding
