Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in quantum cryptography and neural networks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Develop scalable quantum-computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation workshops
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI hybrid systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development with demonstrated publications
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Strong track record of securing research funding
- Published work in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
