Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world problem-solving

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum computing architectures
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production-ready solutions
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and patents
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years of industry R&D experience in quantum/AI systems
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum, or similar frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of translating research to commercial applications
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
