Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead research projects in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Develop novel optimization techniques leveraging quantum annealing and gate-based models
- Collaborate with hardware teams to validate quantum algorithms on cutting-edge processors
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related computational field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or AI at premier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, QIP)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Ability to secure research funding through grant applications and industry partnerships
