Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for exponential computational acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum neural network architectures
- Optimize quantum machine learning models for real-world deployment
- Research novel applications of quantum computing in cryptography and data analysis
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and industry conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at NeurIPS/ICML/QIP conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
