Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuits for AI workloads

- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and supervise PhD candidates

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Publication record in quantum computing or AI research
- Experience with high-performance computing and GPU acceleration
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
