- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum machine learning

- Mentor junior researchers on quantum algorithm development best practices
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of publications in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (e.g., QIP, NeurIPS)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical AI solutions
