Responsibilities

- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product line, ensuring alignment with global market trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers and software developers to integrate quantum modules into existing neural networks.
- Publication: Author high-impact research papers and present findings at leading global conferences.
- Talent Acquisition: Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation and scientific rigor.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning libraries.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Futuristic Thinking: Proven track record of innovating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
