Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 5+ years industry R&D
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier journals/conferences (e.g., QIP, NeurIPS)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate innovation funding
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-stakes technical projects with $1M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
