Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Develop patentable algorithms for quantum machine learning optimization
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on industrial quantum solutions
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous quantum systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or ML architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI integration
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience leading teams with $10M+ R&D budgets
- Deep understanding of 2026-era quantum hardware capabilities
- Track record of commercializing quantum innovations
