Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026 deployment
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on quantum-AI convergence projects
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for quantum AI initiatives
- Mentor a team of 8+ quantum researchers and AI engineers
- Develop patentable quantum error correction techniques for scalable AI systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy principles and fault-tolerant systems
