Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and error correction techniques
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large language models
- Experience securing federal research grants ($2M+ value)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams of 10+ researchers
