Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and decoherence-resistant architectures
- Develop proprietary quantum machine learning frameworks using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical interfaces
- Publish findings in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum journals
- Mentor junior researchers and secure NSF/NASA research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) with quantum extensions
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
