Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms optimized for near-term NISQ processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML models for 2026-scale industrial applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy quantum solutions in production environments
- Author peer-reviewed publications and secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI/ML, or related computational field (MS with exceptional experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
