Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms tailored for AI inference and optimization tasks.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of quantum physicists and software engineers.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct in-depth research into current quantum hardware limitations and software frameworks.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and hardware engineers to optimize model performance on quantum processors.
- Patent Strategy: Lead the creation and filing of intellectual property related to quantum AI advancements.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in quantum computing or advanced AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects.
