Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks operating at room temperature
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into deployable machine learning frameworks
- Conduct research in quantum-enhanced deep learning and neuromorphic computing
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum-AI accelerators
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or neural network architectures
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or photonic processors
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
- Strong background in information theory and quantum information science
