Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks operating at room temperature
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-AI solutions in cloud-native environments
- Research and mitigate quantum attack vectors in AI security frameworks
- Create real-time quantum optimization algorithms for supply chain and logistics systems
- Pioneer human-computer interfaces for quantum-enhanced decision-making platforms
- Collaborate with academic partners to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and Python ecosystem
- Proven track record developing fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ device limitations
- Strong background in distributed systems and containerized quantum computing deployments
- Published research in quantum-AI integration or related fields
