Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks leveraging Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into production ML pipelines
- Lead research on quantum advantage in optimization and pattern recognition
- Create quantum AI frameworks for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Document quantum-AI integration methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years of quantum AI experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (VQE, QAOA, Grover's) and quantum error correction
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and classical optimization
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum computing
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical AI solutions
