Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum processors with edge computing infrastructure
- Author white papers on quantum machine learning breakthroughs for peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on quantum-encrypted autonomous systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for climate prediction and energy grid stabilization
- mentor PhD candidates in quantum computing specialization tracks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Computational Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning applications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation libraries (Q#, Q#ML)
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum error correction codes
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware from IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ
- Security clearance eligibility for government quantum projects
