Responsibilities
- Design and deploy quantum-AI hybrid computing stacks processing petabit-scale data flows
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for 2026-era quantum processors
- Architect neuromorphic computing interfaces bridging quantum coherence with classical ML frameworks
- Implement zero-trust security models for distributed quantum networks handling sensitive national infrastructure data
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware while preparing for fault-tolerant quantum advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, AI researchers, and hardware engineers
- Contribute to open-source quantum-AI frameworks advancing global technological sovereignty
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Physics, or equivalent practical experience with quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant quantum architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) with 3+ years of quantum hardware integration
- Deep understanding of neuromorphic computing principles and spiking neural networks
- Experience with distributed quantum network protocols and quantum key distribution systems
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum advantage demonstrations
