- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying fault-tolerant quantum networks
- Create security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Architect cloud-native quantum computing platforms with 99.999% uptime
- Drive R&D initiatives for quantum neural network applications
- Optimize quantum resource allocation for enterprise-scale workloads
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing large-scale distributed systems with ML/AI components
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Strong background in error correction and fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Experience with hardware-software co-design for quantum processors
